As this is a yeast product it must rise prior to baking.

Standard Method
Preparation from frozen: Remove clear plastic lid, cover buns with a clean damp tea towel, let stand in the warmest area of kitchen for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Buns will rise until doubled in size.
Remove tea towel and tent with foil and place black container of buns on a cookie sheet on middle rack of oven and bake in a conventional oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place plate over top of buns and invert quickly.
For the Garlic buns follow the same instructions as above but remove foil the last 5 minutes of baking.
Quick Rise Method
You can rise the buns in a conventional oven. Preheat oven to 200°F then turn off. Place damp towel over buns and they will rise and should be ready to bake in approximately 2 hours.
